Your visit to Cat Island and the Flamingo Bay
Club 
When you arrive on Cat Island at the New Bight Airport there will be taxis available to take
you directly to Flamingobayclub , or to New Bight Food Store if a rental car is a part of your
plans. On Cat Island we have one bank and credit cards are only taken at the 3 larger hotels,
Jason’s Service Station , New Bight Food Store and Two Corner Liquor Store so you may
want to bring extra cash.
After you go to New Bight Food and fill out your paper work for your car and shop for any
food items you might need you are all set. Remember to drive on the left! After leaving the
New Bight Food Store you are on your way. You will pass through the town of New Bight and
on the beautiful water sits the Bluebird Restaurant, a nice place to have lunch and enjoy the
view. Back on the road as you come around a corner and head away from the water you
will see a large white building on your left, this is the Two Corners Liquor Store, a very
well stocked place.
From here you will follow the road passing through the settlement of Old Bight and continue
on for a few miles at which point you will find our only intersection. The roundabout brings
three roads together. You want the first road as your follow around to the left, heading east.
The other road, to the west will take you to Devils Point and Hawks Nest.
There is a grocery store near Flamingo Bay that is new and also has food item you might
need.
Follow along the road through Bains Town and Zonicle Hill, on your left you will pass the
Lakeview Motel & Takeaway which is also a small store and restaurant and a short walk
from the club, just ahead to your right you will see the Flamingo Bay Club at the top of the hill.
